Basic troubleshooting:
For Android & iOS:
If unable to operate certain action:
- Sign Out and resign in
- Try connect to a different network
- Try disconnect current internet and reconnect again
- Try switching from wifi to data (Make sure the data is working)
- Try swtiching from data to wifi (Make sure the wifi is working)
If app crash or freeze:
- Try kill/terminate background applications
- Restart the phone
- Clear app cache
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
