How to troubleshoot and report an issue encounter on your mobile app? - Tips

Basic troubleshooting:

For Android & iOS:

If unable to operate certain action:

  1. Sign Out and resign in
  2. Try connect to a different network
  3. Try disconnect current internet and reconnect again
  4. Try switching from wifi to data (Make sure the data is working)
  5. Try swtiching from data to wifi (Make sure the wifi is working)

If app crash or freeze:

  1. Try kill/terminate background applications
  2. Restart the phone
  3. Clear app cache
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app

Still unable to resolve the issue? Provide the following for investigation:

Phone Specifications:

  1. Brand Name
  2. Model Number
  3. Storage Size
  4. Storage Available
  5. RAM Size
  6. CPU
  7. GPU
  8. Android Version
  9. Screen Size

Step to reproduce the event in detail:


Tried basic troubleshooting process still could not resolve the issue. After take the photo of the receipt, and press submit button, the app freeze, the loading indicator is not moving or the loading indicator is moving but waited long time around _minutes still loading or waited for _ seconds the app still freezing.
